Return And Exchange

Our Terms and Conditions pertaining to returns and exchange is as follows:

  1. Products once delivered cannot be returned. Incase of damages from our end, it can only be exchanged for another product of the same SKU.
  2. The product can exchanged within 4 days of delivery.
  3. Customised styles are non-exchangeable.
  4. Goods are faulty if they are damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining store credit, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
  5. We offer standard sizes on our website. The SKU is stitched to the standard size opted by you.
  6. In case of customization , we have given a separate option for you to upload your sizes as per the field.
  7. On customized order our team will get in touch with you within 24 hours to reconfirm and take information if any is needed.

All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day.
  9. Please note that we do not solve customer queries on WhatsApp.
  10. Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
  11. Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.

REFUND PROCESS

Store Credits – An official confirmation will be shared on mail with the amount value. You can use this credit amount within one year from the date of issue on the website or store during your next purchase with us. Store Credit will be issued only after we receive the product and it passes our quality check.

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGE:
